LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND EXPERT WITNESS SERVICE
In legal cases involving DFSA and drink spiking The Roofie Foundation can, and indeed have, act as expert witnesses, working alongside solicitors in either defence or prosecution. In these cases we ask if the solicitor in question send us the trial bundle including witness statements and all other relative documentation. Representatives of the Foundation will then read and offer the expert opinion. This opinion is in the form of a written report. This report will then be returned to the acting solicitor along with a copy of The Roofie Foundation's own report on DFSA (See the awareness products section for details of this report.) We also recomend that the acting solicitor sends the DFSA Report to everyone involved in the case. There is a £300 fee for this work. If nessessary the Roofie Foundation will also act as an expert witness, and give evidence at the subsequent trial. Again there is an additional fee for this service.

The Roofie Foundation are also pleased to announce the co-operation of the legal team Jepson & Co led by Scarborough based solicitor Brian L Jepson LL.B, BSc., DipLP.
