Hello,
I'm a journalist working for the News of the World and I'm trying to do a story in the run up to Christmas about the dangers of having your drink spiked.
It's such an important issue and I'm really keen to get the message across to our millions of readers but unfortunately, I'm not having much luck with the police or home office on details of any new campaigns or statistics.
If you are helping to run a campaign this Christmas I would love to talk to you.
I'm also keen to speak to women who have been personally blighted by this problem as I think this will help send a powerful message this Christmas.
Having spoken to Graham at the Roofie Foundation I know it's so crucial to help warn people and let them know how they can make themselves safer, esp as more people are leaving drinks to pop out and smoke.
If anyone can offer me any help or has five minutes to talk through their story I would be immensely grateful. You would of course remain anonymous in any story printed in the paper.
My direct line is 0207 7824455 or I can be reached on my email

Thank you so much for your time, Best wishes, Sara
