I had my drink spiked on Friday the 19th and got arrested for it , that fact they have the nerve to arrest me for drunked behavior, even when the officer that arrested me thinks my drink was spiked and don’t do a drug test.

I am trying to fight my case but it feel futile because they don’t seem to give a toss if my drink was spiked or not , they only seem to care about the money they want from me.

Im a bloke which seems to make it harder for some reason and im set for getting a criminal record for something I had no control over!!

I don’t know about anyone else but im utterly disgusted by it.

I just read your post and I'm sorry to hear that this has happened to you. All I can suggest is reading this website, as I'm sure I read somewhere that you can get private testing done now. I'd also noticed a legal representative that maybe able to help you who advertises here.

Although the drugs used can pass through your system within 48-72 hours, there are traces that remain in the hair for up to about 3 months. (If not cut or coloured since the spiking took place)

I suggest if you want to prove your case, you look into this. I'm sorry the police don't believe you and failed to do a drug's test-this is just part and parcel with the UK police force-rarely do they investigate drink spiking.
