anyone know what the legal side would be if we were to list the rapist that have been taken to court and come off free as a warning to others

think legally it might be a problem for you if you were to do so, but morally would be the right thing to do. Am not a law student or anything but would advise you check the legal implications first, is sad to have to say this but you could just end up in trouble yourself if you do not do it the right way...
